「＊＊＊ in Residence Kyoto」では、京都市内の多様なレジデンス施設と連携し、滞在中のクリエイターの活動や思考のプロセス、レジデンス施設の取り組みを一般公開する共同オープンハウス/スタジオを開催します。
本企画は、現代アートの祭典「NUIT BLANCHE KYOTO」と連動して実施されます。公開の形態は9月27日(土)の1日限定のレジデンス施設／スタジオ開放から、数日間の展示・イベントまで多様な形で行われます。
クリエイターとの対話や、プロジェクトの途中経過を紹介することで、レジデンスの価値と創造の現場を市民とともに共有する機会をつくります。
*** in Residence Kyoto collaborates with diverse residency spaces across the city to host joint open studios and open houses, showcasing creators’ activities, creative processes, and the initiatives of each space.
Held in conjunction with the contemporary art festival Nuit Blanche Kyoto, the program ranges from one-day studio openings to multi-day exhibitions and events. It offers opportunities for the public to engage with creators, experience works in progress, and share the value of residencies and creative practice.

京都市の姉妹都市であるパリ市で2002年に生まれた「ニュイ・ブランシュ」 に着想を得た「ニュイ・ブランシュKYOTO」は、毎年秋に京都市と関西日仏学館が主催する現代アートの祭典です。日本やフランスを始めとするアーティストによるパフォーマンスや展覧会など、多彩なプログラムを京都市内の複数の会場で実施します。15回目を迎える本年は、「＊＊＊ in Residence Kyoto」とのコラボレーションによる特別バージョン。2025年9月27日（土）〜10月4日（土）の期間、京都市内の各所で開催されます。
Inspired by Paris, Kyoto’s sister city, Nuit Blanche KYOTO is a contemporary art festival that lights up the city each autumn.In 2025, the festival will take a new step with Nuit Blanche KYOTO in Residence, focusing on artist residencies.

As the first initiative focusing on artist residencies, french artists selected through an open call will stay in Kyoto for about one month, creating in collaboration with Nuit Blanche KYOTO.
