京都発の創造的滞在を考える。京都を舞台に長期滞在で創作や研究などクリエイティブな活動を求める方々のために、京都市が地域や若者と連携する、新しいレジデンスの仕組みづくりを開始。
「*** In Reshidence（アスタリスク・イン・レジデンス）」として、アートからビジネスまで幅広い分野で、世界中のクリエイターとの交流を目指します。

＜概要＞
京都発の創造的滞在を考える。毎年多くの外国人が訪れる京都ですが、その中には短期間で名所を巡る「観光」的な滞在ではなく、１ヶ月以上の期間をかけて京都で創作や研究に取り組む「創造」的な滞在を求める人々がいます。
こうした創造的な滞在を求める人の受け皿として、これまで京都市では「アーティスト・イン・レジデンス」の事業を展開してきましたが、そこで受け入れられる人数には限りがあり、領域もパフォーミングアーツなどに限定されてきました。そこで今年、京都市は民間でこうした創造的滞在の受け入れができるレジデンス事業者と連携しながら幅広い領域で創造的滞在を受け入れる仕組みづくりをはじめました。
「*** In Reshidence（アスタリスク・イン・レジデンス）」として、アートに限定せず、建築や文学、工芸や料理、そしてスタートアップなどビジネス領域も含めて世界各地のクリエイターを受け入れる試みをはじめます。
そして、この仕組みをつくるのは大人だけでなく学生を中心とした京都の若者たち。若者の新鮮なアイデアと活力で、新しい京都での滞在を世界に提案します。若者にとっては、京都にいながらにして世界との交流を深める貴重な機会となることでしょう。
この創造的滞在の仕組みを、一緒に考えませんか？京都で宿泊施設やイベントスペースなど、人が訪れる場所を運営している方。活用しきれていない遊休スペースをお持ちの方。世界のクリエイターと交流や共創をしてみたい方など、この事業に少しでも関心をお持ちの方と、この京都での創造的滞在を考える場を用意しました。
京都で生まれる、深い世界との関係とはどんなものでしょうか？
その関係から、どんなモノ・コトが京都に生まれるのでしょうか？

・京都でレジデンス事業をする方にどのような滞在を提供しているかご紹介いただきます
交流会：60分（30分×2周）
・登壇するレジデンスオーナーがテーブルごとに分かれて参加者と交流をします
・参加者のみなさんはご自身の事業について説明をして将来に向けたレジデンス事業の相談をしてただけます

Kyoto is considering a new creative residency program. The city has begun developing a new residency system in collaboration with the local community and young people. This initiative aims to support those seeking mid-to-long-term stays for creative activities such as artistic creation and research.
The program, tentatively called "* In Residence," aims to bring together creators from various fields—ranging from art to business—from all over the world.

Exploring creative staycations in Kyoto. Each year, Kyoto attracts numerous international visitors. Among them are those seeking "creative" stays—extended visits of a month or more dedicated to creation and research—rather than brief sightseeing trips to famous landmarks.
Kyoto City has been developing an "artist-in-residence" program for these creative stays. However, participation has been limited, and the program has focused primarily on performing arts. This year, Kyoto City has expanded its scope, partnering with private sector residency providers to accept creative residencies across a wide range of fields.
Under the name "*** In Residence," the program will encompass not only art but also architecture, literature, crafts, cuisine, startups, and other business fields, welcoming creators from around the world.
This initiative will involve not just adults but also young people in Kyoto, particularly students. Their fresh ideas and vitality will help propose a new kind of Kyoto stay to the world. For these young participants, it will be a valuable opportunity to deepen their global connections while in Kyoto.
Why not join us in developing this creative staycation system? Do you run a lodging facility, event space, or other visitor-oriented place in Kyoto? Do you have underutilized space? We've created a platform for those interested in this project to brainstorm about creative stays in Kyoto, especially for those eager to interact and co-create with international creators.

Residence owners who will be speaking will be divided into tables to interact with participants.
Participants will be able to explain about their own business and discuss future plans for their residences.
